Why This Site Exists

In September 2024, I made the switch to Select Home Warranty after being burned one too many times by Choice Home Warranty. On paper, Select offered many of the same benefits and features that drew me to Choice in the first place—at least according to their website.

But if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that marketing materials rarely tell the whole story. So rather than rely on claims or paid reviews, I decided to document my real, unfiltered experience here.
