The letter raised concerns that the site could create confusion as to affiliation and characterized certain statements as inaccurate or misleading. For example, the letter asserted that the site allegedly created “the false impression of affiliation with Select Home Warranty LLC” and described some content as “false, misleading, and defamatory.” These statements reflect the sender’s position and allegations, not findings of fact.

I reviewed the letter carefully and considered the concerns raised. Following that review, I conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the site and made several updates to further clarify its purpose, scope, and presentation.
